
Kyoshiro Tsuge – Postdoctoral Associate
Kyoshiro was born in Kumamoto, Japan, known as the ‘land of fire.’ After graduating from Kumamoto University School of Pharmacy and obtaining his pharmacist license, Kyoshiro pursued his Ph.D. at Kumamoto University Graduate School. Following that, he engaged in research and education at Sanyo-Onoda City University. Over the years, Kyoshiro has been dedicated to research in development and regeneration, using zebrafish, iPS cells, and mesenchymal stem cells. Striving to remain at the forefront of biology, Kyoshiro joined Tata Lab in March 2024, where he focuses on single-cell multi-omics analysis of alveolar epithelial cells. In his free time, Kyoshiro enjoys reading Japanese manga, cooking, and having drinks with friends.
